| FREEZE SQUAD! ~Members~ RedHerring1290 (Felipe)  Dragoon-SilverNyte (Silver)  MacaroniMan (BigMac)  Memieko (Memi)  [size=18]Hey Everyone! Welcome to the Freeze Squad Thread. In here, we discuss and plan and do all that good stuff for only our squad. We have some of the most active members in the forum and just like here, we will be an important part of the guild when PWO is online. I have a few goals posted as to what we should strive to achieve.
Freeze Squad Goals: 1. Help the Cherry Squad Members and Assist the Team Dramander Members in any requests/missions they ask or struggle with 2. Help out players with a question or who are struggling with something. We help any and all players 3. Help the guild collect Pokemon for our Pokemon bank 4. Donate and Deposit excess Pokemon to keep our guild fund above the minimum. 5. Continue to be active in PWO and the Forums 6. Striving to be the best squad 
With these goals as well as our overall guild goals, we hope to accomplish everything we can for our squad. And for those unsure of which squad to join, our basic requirement for the Freeze Squad is to have a low medium - medium high knowledge of either PWO or Pokemon in general. What we mean by that, is the basic battling concept of Pokemon, the types, and any knowledge of pokemon from either the television shows, magna or the handhelds will work as well. Promotions are not a requirement and when a player feels they can contribute to the Dramander Squad, I will check a few things before requesting to Chriz a promotion of one of my members. Those things will be, the number of days within my squad, the person's pokemon levels, pokemon money, number of donated pokemon and desire to help. That's mainly what I look for. Not everything has to be covered, but I wil help that person move up any way I can.
Requirements for Promotion into Dramander Squad
Lv. 50 - 70 Pokemon
Rule: You MAY keep pokemon given to you on your squad if they are in this range. If they are higher, they will NOT count towards a promotion. I need to see a full squad of pokemon in order to pass these requirements.
8 Badges Minimum
Rule: Must complete 8 badges to reach this requirement. This has to be met no matter what.
25 - 50 Game Time Hours
Rule: This must be met to qualify for promotion. I need to know that you are dedicated to the game, training, and this squad. Remember being in the Dramander Squad requires you to pull in the most money so we need to know that you are willing to be dedicated in the game. 25 hours is the bare minimum.
50,000 in Game Money or Higher
Rule: You need to have 50K in your inventory. This allows me to know that you are able to support the guild when promoted. Remember, we need 5K a person in the guild and we need people who are going to donate in the guild bank. So keep funds at 50,000 or higher.
80 Reputation Points
Rule: I will put this at 80 because of some limitations but for the most part, I expect you to have 80 reps before seeking a promotion. This way we know that you are able to beat trainers and progress through the game the legit way. That means actually training. This should be the easiest requirement to complete.
So this was what I wrote down. I don't feel like you need to battle me to prove your worth. I think all you need to do is show me you have these requirements and that is all I need to see to promote you to dramander squad. So, as for me, I am MicahelN or Tentails here. I'm sure everyone knows me, but for those new members, I'll explain a bit of myself. You can call me Micaheln, or I have a handful of nicknames such as: Snowball, Peach, Peaches, Mo, Mike, Mikey, Micah, Bobo, Dia, Yoshi, GreenYoshi etc. I'm really friendly and I think I'm agreeable as long as you respect me and my friends. I try to help everyone I can to the best of my ability. I have loved Pokemon since the first episode on television aired. I have all the handhelds and most game consule games. My favorite Pokemon is Empoleon and I love Furret and Swampert after it. I love baseball, more specifically the Los Angeles Dodgers. Other then that, that's really it. I can truely say I have the best squad members. I have gotten to know them a bit better and I can't wait until we get on Pwo and start representing the Freeze Squad.

| Hello everyone, I am MacaroniMan, also in the freeze squad. I seem to be the only one in this group who is in the Johnto region  . But i guess I'm really here to give advice more than physical help in game, since I'm really not very far in the game at all. I'm just experienced with Pokemon in general. | |

| Ok, good to know. Right now the guild is all theoretical since the game isn't even up; when the game's up, all will change, and the guild can finally apply everything that they discussed. Apparantly still no one else replied to this topic to introduce themselves or anything. | |

For those who are still in my squad, I have posted the requirements it takes to be in the Dramander Squad. So look at those. Again, I'm not going to force you to move up. That is your call. I read what you wrote on the archives Memieko... sorry. I had absoutly no clue what your favorite pokemon were so I chose one for you. I changed it. But, you know you could have told me instead of just leaving it as it was. I wouldn't have said anything but ok Ill change it...
