Sims 3 Stories

Yeah, so I started playing Sims 3 and I thought it would be amusing to post some screenshots along with stories I add in to give it more of a description. If any of you play the game as well or have some old screenshots of the original 1 and 2, you can add on. You can find me on the thesims3.com MNakakura if any of you would like me to upload sims or whatever. Anyways, I'm going to update it constantly. So here we go:

The Great Park Fires of Sunset Valley

Ok, so I didn't know I was going to be doing this post so I only have a few screenshots for this one, but let me tell you that when adopting a unicorn, never, ever, EVER, abuse the ignite option. This is the story of when it is abused.

Justin moved to Sunset Valley from Twinbrook when he heard that sims from that area had spotted a real life unicorn trotting around the Alto household. Many never believed in unicorns and many never cared too much to seek them out. Justin though, Justin's life time goal was to adopt a unicorn seeing that they are the jewel of the sim animal kingdom. Simple enough he moved to Sunset Valley in search of the unicorn. Justin loved to paint. It was his life time passion and also a way to pay the bills.

In order to gain the respect of the talking unicorn, Justin had to adopt three horses and befriend all the animals within Sunset Valley - domestic and wild. One would have walked away from this seamlessly difficult task, but not Justin. Not Justin. Day and night almost like a fool he petted and cooed over every animal he saw and little by little he made progress. Asking his neighbors was the difficult part as he had to befriend them and then gain entrance to their houses to befriend their pets. Whenever he saw a wild deer prancing around, he would stop his car and chase after it. Horses were even harder as they galloped away. Between painting, Justin read the Equestrian books to max his skills to the top. The first horse he adopted he renamed Kick Arse and he was a speedy Mustang. The next horse was a Spanish Mane who he called Little Lady. The third horse he simply kept the female name: Choco. She was a jumping goddess. After three full weeks of endless befriending, Justin was ready.

Night after night he would wait at the park sleeping in his tent when he got tired, taking advantage of the park's utilities. Finally after long last an aura lit around the lake and sure enough the Unicorn appeared drinking from it. Justin could hardly hold his nerves as he jogged towards it. Unlike the wild horse, it stood there while Justin approached. Justin bravely introduced himself as did the Unicorn in exchange. Justin through nerves asked the Unicorn if he would like to be adopted as Justin worked endlessly proving his worth. In a royal bow he asked and the Unicorn shook it's head in defiance. Justin still hadn't befriended everyone. Justin was left dumfounded as he shuffled through his friend's list wondering who he missed. As the unicorn started to walk away, Justin realized that he hadn't befriended the Unicorn yet and so he did and asked again. This time the Unicorn accepted and just like that Justin had achieved his lifetime wish.

Justin was excited about achieving his wish that he bragged about it to whoever he saw. Although they believed him, as soon as he walked away they pointed and laughed at him - often gossiping about his obsession. One day while visiting the park with his unicorn, an older couple; the Bedinglingtons (Pets EP) were picnicking. Although Justin was good friends with both of them, it was the wife who insulted Justin out of the blue. Others joined in the mockery laughing when he walked away. Eventually Justin broke down and sobbed. The Unicorn sensed Justin's sorrows and took direct action. Lets just say that the Bedlingtons' were just a bunch of hot-heads... literally.

What they caused was something unprecedented and that no one will ever forget. For 7 straight days the Unicorn wrecked havoc starting one fire after another. It revolved around a few people who ran to the scene and panicked. Before everyone knew what was going to happen, almost half the community, (50 sims), were there unable to do anything but watch. Day and night passed as fires started from one side to the other. Some caught on fire while others put them out. Some cried of hunger and sleep deprivation, some peed themselves. Others knocked out from the stress of it all. Some kids ran to the scene after school and stayed past their curfew. There were times where the residents would put out the fire when the Unicorn was still recharging, but through their confusion they would stay in their place and it was just enough time for it to start another. After day 7 Justin returned back to the park to see the result of his unicorn's arson. In total 10 were burnt to ashes, 15 were curled up and the rest were mourning eventually too consumed in pain and misery to take care of their needs as one by one fell to their death. The scene was saddening. Children crying, pets of owners who were in fire standing idly by watching everything. There were no arrests but Justin didn't feel right keeping the Unicorn so he sold him. That was the end of the worst tragey in Sunset Valley. Of course Justin had to move towns seeing that he killed basically the neighborhood ( and the the game -.- ). The End.

Yeah, so not too many pictures this time, but I will post more as I will know how the course of the story will go. One last note about this. Yes the horses name was Choco, and after the seven days of setting fires, it pretty much screwed up the game big time. No one wanted to do anything and when I had to wait until the bodies turned to ashes to throw them in the trash. Most didn't turn to ashes and it took forever to get my own sims out of the area because they were just as glued to the deaths. So I eventually deleted the park and magically everyone who died came back to life and were all standing on the side of the road - every single one of them. They all stood there about six hours doing nothing. One died again, half of them were smart and left and the rest just stood there until I got frustrated and quit the game. Mmm hmm, that's it.

I usually stuffed them all inside a room with no doors or windows, then when I got bored enough I stuck a fireplace in and some chairs...
